Following recent events, I have sought legal counsel. I confirm that all of my actions have been conducted in full compliance with applicable laws and copyright regulations. I will not be providing any further comments regarding this matter. Going forward, all communications published via my social media platforms will focus exclusively on my artistic work.

Previously, I indicated that I was willing to donate the prize money from GBCOMPO23 to a charity of my choice, should the organizers consent. This offer was not an admission of liability or wrongdoing, but a voluntary gesture of goodwill, intended solely to clarify that my request to have my games removed was not motivated by financial interest.

As a matter of law, I am under no obligation to refund the prize money awarded in accordance with the competition rules, which I fully complied with. Nevertheless, as a personal decision and entirely independent of any demands from the competition organizers, I will donate an equivalent amount to a charity of my choosing.
